Nhora Rosero-Fricke, LPC received her master’s degree in Mental Health Professional Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands, KY. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Valle in Cali, Colombia, where she worked for over 10 years in private practice. Nhora is bilingual in Spanish, she provides individual counseling services to clients experiencing a broad variety of emotional issues. Nhora believes that advocating for clients and taking an active role in social issues is crucial in the counseling profession. She holds the belief that empowerment is fundamental in the process of helping clients to overcome their challenges and to achieve their goals. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in the area of crisis resolution, life transitions, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, among other issues. She coaches parents in areas of conflict resolution, and communication issues. In her work with clients, Nhora integrates the existential framework, with concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strength-Based Therapy. She works with clients at their own pace, respecting their uniqueness, with the goal of helping them to discover their maximum potential.

I switched to IBH in Fall 2022 after a terrible experience with Kaiser psychiatrists. When I found out IBH accepted Kaiser insurance, I made the switch—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Bouchard is absolutely AMAZING.

After going through a toxic relationship, a difficult marriage, and a painful divorce and custody battle, I was in a really dark place. Dr. Bouchard helped me get back to feeling like myself again. He’s been with me every step of the way—carefully managing my medication and supporting me through my mental health and sleep issues.

The office staff is also fantastic—super responsive with refill requests or appointment scheduling. It's so easy to get in touch when I need help or want to check in about something.

My mental health has completely turned around, and I truly credit Dr. Bouchard for being a huge part of that healing process. As long as my insurance continues to cover his services, I’ll be his patient for life. :)

Inspire is pretty good with their back office but I would like to praise my shrink, Dr. Bhagwan Bahroo. He served 12 years at Walter Reed and is one of the most down to earth psychiatrists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

I had a poor experience with my previous psychiatrist and am very glad that I switched to Inspire. Anne Nguyen has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and provides excellent explanations about the treatment plan.
