Inspire Behavioral is offering high quality and compassionate care to people living in Northern Virginia and has office locations in Fairfax, Vienna, and Sterling, VA. Experienced psychiatrists with their fellow psychotherapists strongly believe that we all have solutions within us – it is a matter of learning how to tap into these solutions. Providers at Inspire Behavioral Health help patients heal by allowing them to focus on their strengths and harness their available resources while getting symptoms under control. The Inspire Behavioral Health team believes that people can overcome mental health challenges with expert therapy and treatment. Team members perform comprehensive evaluations of each patient’s physical, social, genetic, environmental, emotional, cognitive, and educational background to develop effective personalized treatment plans that facilitate growth and healing. The Inspire Behavioral Health team considers all treatment options available to ensure a balanced and integrative approach to care. While it is necessary to target the symptoms that cause distress, it is equally important to understand that people are much more than their illness. Disorders the Inspire Behavioral Health team treats include depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive compulsive Disorder (OCD), gender exploration, and eating disorders. Team members bring specialized skills to the practice, like Miss Dilys Chebe, PMHNP-BC who provides outpatient-based opioid addiction treatment. Our clinic is committed to utilizing state-of-the-art technology. We make every effort to reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental ailments, with treatment options including TMS, Spravato, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The Inspire Behavioral Health team provides evidence-based care and is responsive to patients’ needs. We focus on quality and integrity and respect personal choices. The team takes a mindful approach to treating patients, explaining their diagnoses, and emphasizing education. Inspire Behavioral Health offers convenient and easy telemedicine appointments as well as in-person visits. Our telehealth service uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform that overcomes problems like time constraints, lost work time, and traveling. I switched to IBH in Fall 2022 after a terrible experience with Kaiser psychiatrists. When I found out IBH accepted Kaiser insurance, I made the switch—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Bouchard is absolutely AMAZING.

After going through a toxic relationship, a difficult marriage, and a painful divorce and custody battle, I was in a really dark place. Dr. Bouchard helped me get back to feeling like myself again. He’s been with me every step of the way—carefully managing my medication and supporting me through my mental health and sleep issues.

The office staff is also fantastic—super responsive with refill requests or appointment scheduling. It's so easy to get in touch when I need help or want to check in about something.

My mental health has completely turned around, and I truly credit Dr. Bouchard for being a huge part of that healing process. As long as my insurance continues to cover his services, I’ll be his patient for life. :)
